The user manual
sites stopped writing.
Direct links and cheat sheets for the things sites bury — cancel, refund, opt out, find a human, skip the menu maze.
Why this exists
Most websites are designed around one goal: keeping you subscribed, engaged, and clicking the wrong button. The path to cancel, get a refund, or talk to a real person is buried under confusing menus, dark patterns, and chatbots trained to outlast your patience. You already know what you want to do — you just cannot find it.
SiteSheet is the reference you reach for mid-task. Every entry is researched and written from the user's side: exact steps, direct deep links where they exist, and honest documentation of the tricks companies use to make you give up. When a site makes cancellation require a phone call, we say that. When there is a retention offer worth taking, we say that too.
